About

Anna began competitive debating in Year 5 where her love for the sport erupted and the intriguing nature of the outside world began revealing itself. Since then, Anna has debated throughout her entire high school life where she graduated as the Senior Debater of the Year and recipient of the Betty Bowen Memorial Scholarship, the highest honour at her school. She has since taken passion with her to the Debating Society at the University of Sydney, where she is studying a Bachelor of Advanced Science/Arts, majoring in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, as well as Politics.

Anna capitalised on each and every opportunity she could to spread her passion for debating and public speaking; running countless workshops for primary school students alongside her debating where they worked to build students' confidence and skills. Anna's sensational leadership and debating experience, as well as her broad sporting background, has nurtured her positive attitude, effective communication skills and ability to inspire others, making her an invaluable member of the Speaking Schools Australasia Management Team.
