Abi is an accomplished and expressive coach who is known for the positive and fun classroom environment she creates for her students. Abi was Senior Prefect at Hornsby Girls, where she was awarded the Bronze Minerva Award in recognition for her achievements in academics, sports and extra-curricular activities. Abi also received Runners Up in the ZONTA Young Women in Public Affairs Award. Whilst at school & university, Abi showed her passion for volunteer work by substantial fundraising efforts for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the 40 Hour Famine.
Abi is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Law at UNSW, where she is an integral part of both the UNSW Law Society Outreach Mentoring Program and UNSW Business Society Peer Mentoring Program.
Abi is a talented performing artist and has earned an Associate Performer’s Diploma (Speech and Drama) from the International Music Examinations Board. Additionally, Abi has been an avid participant in Speech and Drama Eisteddfods for over 8 years. When she is not performing at the Luxmi Fine Arts School of Carnatic Music, Abi performs voluntarily at Jesmond Nursing home for its residents.
Abi is inspired by and appreciates learning from her students at Speaking Schools Australasia as much as she enjoys teaching them. Abi’s community centred mindset and performative presence make her one of our invaluable coaches.
