Marianne found her love for public speaking when she was in Year 6 and continued exploring her newfound love throughout school and university life. After winning numerous awards for public speaking and drama in school, she went on to become the intervarsity public speaking champion for three years in a row. She also represented her state at the National Level Mock Parliament.
Marianne completed a Bachelor in Management Studies and a Masters in Business Administration before moving to Australia where she spent the next ten years of her life working in the events industry and building a market for industrial theatre in NSW. She firmly believes that the public speaking training and exposure she received in her formative years, contributed a great deal in her professional success.
Marianne is a mum of three beautiful girls and enjoys training her kids for their little speaking adventures in school. It was during the maternity leave of her youngest in 2019 that she decided to pursue her passion for training and switched career to join the SSA team and complete a Cert. IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE.
As a Trainer, Marianne is thoroughly enjoying the new beginnings and looks forward to sharing her expertise with young and old alike!
