About

Georgia is an outgoing and driven student who currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and Criminal Justice at Swinburne University. Georgia has a lifelong love of learning which she is keen to share with students so they can enjoy public speaking and debating.

During high school, Georgia was on the debate team and was Debate Captain for three years. During this time she learnt that presenting speeches gives you a feeling accomplishment regardless of whether the speech was good or bad because it is done. This makes her great with younger speakers as they feel encouraged to present their speech regardless of if they are confident or not.

Outside of school, Georgia was a gymnastics and netball coach for 8 to 12 year olds. She knows what it is like to work in high energy environments and is able to apply this to her classroom to make them fun but also productive.

Georgia has lots of leadership experience after having been a peer support leader and house captain. She knows what it is like to have to present in front of large crowds which makes her very supportive and encouraging. Georgia is a valuable asset to the SSA team.
