Jade Di Girolamo is an incredibly experienced coach with an extensive background in debating. Having debated since a young age, Jade has had a debating career that has led her to the NSW Debating Union State Squad, a team with only the top 12 debaters in the state! Being in the top debating teams across both ISDA and Archdale competitions, Jade has proven herself in getting to both competitions’ semi-finals. Post these tournaments, she was also selected for the Archdale Representative Firsts Debating Team, where she emerged victorious as a semi-finalist and a champion in the years she participated!
Her skill in presentation goes beyond debating, however. Passionate about social issues, Jade has worked with various organisations in educating on gender equality, understanding of healthy and consent lead relationships, as well as organising discussion surrounding social and political issues. Her enthusiasm and expertise granted her a spot in the Model UN Evatt Competition NSW Nationals Team, and to be a UN Youth Negotiations Competition Grand-Finalist.
Jade’s experience working with children includes teaching English, Debating and Public Speaking to years 4-10, as well as adjudicating for the SSDC Debating Competition! With extensive knowledge and an incredibly impressive debating career, Jade has the skills to create a fun learning environment where all her students feel welcome to give public speaking or debating a go!
