Having 8 years of debating experience and having adjudicated competitions run by various organisations such as the Department of Education Arts Unit, HICES, and CSDA, Sam brings a wealth of expertise to his classrooms!
His commitment to fostering excellence in communication is demonstrated by his voluntary involvement in independent events and competitions coordinated as part of the University of Wollongong Debating Society. In addition to his adjudication work, Sam has actively engaged in training and coaching sessions with schools around Wollongong and the Shoalhaven, including both primary and high schools. Through these sessions, he has had the opportunity to mentor students and provide them with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in competitive debating!
Now studying a Bachelor of Science Education, Sam combines his passion for teaching and helping students get the most out of their education with his expertise in debating and public speaking to help students develop strategies, refine skills and encourage and support their pursuit of success.
