Charlee is a dedicated and thoughtful coach who has extensive experience in debating and public speaking. She has had a lifelong love of speaking, having participated in speaking competitions for all 13 years of her schooling. Charlee was the National Champion of the Legacy Junior Public Speaking Competition in 2015, and was a State Finalist for the Plain English Speaking Award in 2017 and 2019. Alongside her public speaking accolades, Charlee is also an accomplished debater, being State Runner-Up in the Premier’s Debating Challenge, and the Western Sydney Representative for the State Debating Championships in 2016 and 2017.

Whilst studying a Bachelor of Education and Arts at Macquarie University, Charlee obtained her Certificate of Communications from the Australian Speech and Communications Association, and has worked as an adjudicator for many of the public speaking and debating competitions she had previously competed in. Her experience and expertise in the field was noted through her appointment as an adjudicator for the State Finals of the Premier’s Debating Challenge and Legacy Junior Public Speaking Awards through the NSW Arts Unit. Charlee’s passion for education extends beyond speaking skills, she also provides academic tutoring for school students in subjects including Extension 1 English and Modern History.
